About Brais Joinery
Brais Joinery is a sole trader carpentry and joinery business run by Bogdan Brais. The business delivers bespoke joinery made to order alongside full domestic refurbishments and construction projects from strip-out to handover. Services include bespoke kitchens and wardrobes, fitted storage, architectural joinery such as staircases and windows, architectural restoration of period features, bathrooms and interior fit-out, and complete project delivery including extensions, garage conversions and roofing.
The business works across all of London, St Albans, Borehamwood and Potters Bar. Jobs begin with a home measuring visit, design suggestions and consultancy. Bespoke items are manufactured to order in chosen materials and finishes, then installed by Brais alongside trade partners including plumbers, electricians and tilers. Strip-out, structural works, plastering, tiling and decorating are coordinated through these partners under unified direction. The business handles sequencing, scheduling and quality control so projects progress smoothly from first site visit to final handover.
Bogdan Brais has over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering construction and joinery projects. His work includes a £3 million back-to-shell reconstruction in Pimlico. He is a registered Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and is studying Construction Management at Bath Spa University. Brais Joinery holds public liability insurance up to £2,000,000. All installations comply with Building Regulations for structural safety, fire safety, moisture protection and acoustic performance.
