About Corbett Carpentry Ltd
Corbett Carpentry Ltd is a bespoke fitted furniture business based in Wokingham, Berkshire. Founded in 2015 by Kevin Corbett, a qualified joiner trained at Ealing College with two decades of high-end London project experience, the business designs and builds fitted wardrobes, handmade kitchens, home offices, media walls and built-in bookcases. Every piece is custom-designed to fit exact spaces and made in the business's dedicated workshop.
The team includes Will Miller, a joiner; a designer who creates detailed drawings and 3D visualisations; Richard Newman, who has over 40 years of experience in high-end joinery and assists with fittings; and Kate, who oversees operations. The business works with homeowners across Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley-on-Thames, Crowthorne and the wider Berkshire area.
Media walls hide cables and storage behind joinery, with options for integrated storage, LED lighting, electric or gas fires, and false chimney breasts. Built-in bookcases are designed to suit contemporary, Shaker or personal styles, and can fill alcoves and awkward spaces. Wardrobes, kitchens and home offices are made to measure. Materials include premium MDF, plywood, hardwood veneers and oak veneer, with over 1,000 colour and finish combinations available. Work begins with a site visit and casual conversation, followed by design drawings and 3D visualisation for approval before production starts in the workshop. A 50 per cent deposit is required once the quote is accepted.
