About DP Carpentry & Property Services
DP Carpentry & Property Services is a carpentry and renovation business based in Maidstone. The business fits internal doors, fire doors and door frames, installs laminate, engineered oak and vinyl flooring, and builds made-to-measure media walls with integrated fireplaces, LED lighting and hidden storage. It also fits built-in wardrobes, kitchen installations with solid worktops, skirting boards, architrave and decorative mouldings. Under-stair storage units are custom-made, and the business carries out complete room renovations and bespoke joinery. Garden work includes summerhouses, porches, fencing and decking.
DP Carpentry & Property Services covers Maidstone, Medway, Dartford, Gravesend and the wider Kent and South East area. Work begins with a free site visit and a detailed quote. Media walls take three to five days to complete, including framework, plastering, painting and installation. All cables are routed through the wall cavity. Door frames and linings are checked to be plumb and level, and new architrave is fitted around the frame. Radiators, plug sockets and pipes are relocated if needed. The business supplies doors or fits doors that customers source themselves.
DP Carpentry & Property Services has traded for 15 years and is fully insured. It holds over 250 five-star reviews from homeowners across the South East.
