Every offcut is reused, with wood shavings passed to a local butcher for smoking meat.
James Oliver Joinery has been trading independently for four years. Michael completed a seven-year apprenticeship learning both traditional and modern woodworking techniques. The business is named after his two sons, James and Oliver.
