About PJH Carpentry Ltd
PJH Carpentry Ltd is a carpentry and joinery business in Lewisham run by Peter. The business specialises in fitted wardrobes, alcove cupboards, shelving and bespoke joinery for homes. Services include designing and building fitted wardrobes along straight walls and in alcoves, alcove cupboards and shelving units, floating shelves, TV cabinets, bookcases, picture rails, dado rails and custom storage units. Work is carried out for homeowners in period properties and contemporary settings.
Customers start by emailing measurements, ceiling heights and photos of designs they like from the business's gallery or other sites. Peter provides an estimated quote from this information. If the customer is happy to proceed, Peter visits the property to check measurements and discuss design details. Much of the preparation work is done off site, so the fitting is efficient. The business covers Lewisham and surrounding areas.
Peter works with a small team including Vlad. Wardrobes are completely bespoke and can include shelves, hanging space and drawers as required. Alcove cupboards are designed to suit period features or contemporary styles. Floating shelves are fitted to frame televisions, and joinery is designed to work with existing cornicing and period features. Peter advises on colours and can use any paint brand. The business has grown through customer recommendations.
