The services listed are kitchen fitting and refurbishment, bathroom design and fitting, loft conversions, shop fitting, door fitting and door locks, decking and fencing, home extension kit builds, wood flooring and house refurbishments. The business also provides landlord certificates and Legionnaires testing.
Roan Joinery covers Dundee, Angus and Tayside. The business works for homeowners, landlords, commercial clients and charities such as Dominos Pizza, GreeneKing and The Scottish Veterans. It cares for over 200 properties for the letting agent industry and supplies the certificates needed to put properties on the rental market. Jobs start with a free quote and a discussion of the customer's budget and desired finish. The business arranges all the trades involved in each project, including plumbing and electrical work, and coordinates joiners, electricians and decorators to complete renovations. Emergency work is undertaken alongside routine maintenance and house renovations. The business has a network of trades across Dundee and Angus and works to complete each job on time and on budget.
