About RAF Carpentry
RAF Carpentry is a carpentry business in Haringey run by Rafal Janczy. It builds fitted wardrobes, alcove units, cupboards, wall panelling, window seats, desks, kitchens, doors and flooring for homes across London. Every project is drawn in SketchUp as a 3D model before any board is cut, so customers see the design and approve it in advance.
Fitted wardrobes are built floor to ceiling and scribed to walls, with interiors planned around what customers own. They are made from painted MDF, birch ply, or IKEA PAX frames with MDF panels, all with 18 mm board throughout and backs included. Alcove units and bookcases are fitted into awkward spaces such as chimney breasts, boilers and lofts. Wall panelling includes picture-frame moulding, V-groove and lit feature walls. Window seats, benches, desks and home offices are also built in, along with cupboards for boilers, eaves and shoe storage, and vanity units. Stud walls and partitions can split a room or close off a space.
RAF Carpentry covers London, with recent jobs in East Finchley, Palmers Green, Chiswick, Hatfield and Haringey. Work starts with a free visit to measure and discuss the space. A 3D drawing is provided for approval, then every panel is cut to that drawing and fitted on site, scribed to walls, floors and ceilings. The business has completed 32 projects and holds a 4.8 rating on Google from 27 reviews.
